Osechi(Japanese traditional new year dish) making event was Dec 30 2019

We were total of 16 families got together to make 5 different kind of small dish.
And on Jan 01, we all decorated differently to celebrate their new year.
They were all so beautiful💕

It's gonna be a good year in 2020😋

おせちの会、無事に終了。
皆さん各自持って帰ったおせちは同じものなんだけど、ご家庭のアレンジにてオリジナルお節に変身！お楽しみいただけたかと思います。

ちょっとだけ写真でご紹介。

2018年からどん！と、人が増えて大丈夫なんかと緊張してたけど、2019年は余裕があったというか、もしかして変に気が抜けてたのかもしれない。

もっと良くするためにどうしたらいいから見えてきたから、来年はもっと充実させるー！

おせちつくるんだけど、料理の基本をじっくりやる。「ズボラの方法」や「体に良い」も当然ながら、おせちは丁寧に。。プロセスや意味を大切に、じっくり取り組みたいな。

また、年末ね😊

今まで家族のため立派なお正月をしないとと、気負いし過ぎたかも。
私にとって大きな変化😀

Taste similar to wine, but zero alchohol.

My opinion....I prefer grape juice🤣🤣
It smells like wine and it doesn't give me good imagination😅

飲めない方にはいいかも？ノンアルコールワイン。
まー雰囲気は出るし、ワインっぽさも味わえて、アルコールできつくなる事もないから私には最適なんだろうけど。。だめねぇ、ワインの香りや渋さに嫌なイメージが離れない😅と、言う事に気づいた。
この香りと渋み、私をキツくさせるもの。みたいな。

なんてこった。

このタイプの講習会、みんなのハラハラドキドキや不安を垣間見て、私が一番楽しんでいるかも？！ウォッカ、ウイスキー、テキーラと、たくさんの種類のお酒で作ったみりんの飲み比べ、興味深かったですね。

今日のNagomi ichibaに持って行った、ご予約の入っていた麹は、昨晩出麹した新鮮な奴。同時に昨晩包み込みした麹のお手入れをしてから、マーケットに向かいました。
